1.  All owners of lots in Cypress Creek Estates shall be subject to all of the provisions of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions and all exhibits thereto.

2.  All owners of lots in Cypress Creek Estates shall be members of Cypress Creek Estates Homeowner’s Association, Inc., i.e. the Homeowner’s Association organized for the purpose of owning, operating and maintaining common areas reflected in the Declaration.

3.  Owners of lots in Cypress Creek Estates to pay assessments for expenses of the Association, and failure to make such payments may result in a lien being filed against the lot and improvements thereon.

4.  Copies of the Declaration and the Articles and By-Laws of the Association have been provided each owner at the time of closing on the lot.
