There will be a regular CCE Board Meeting Wednesday, October 28th, at 6:30 p.m. at 6195 9th Ave Circle NE. You may also attend this meeting via Zoom. Login information will been sent to all residents via One-Call-Now. The Agenda will be posted to the website in the Residents Area, Board Meetings.
There are new HOA laws taking place July 1st, you can read about them online. Most apply to the Board Members, but a few do not. Some that will change in CCE are vehicles with company names may not be excluded, and motorcycles may not be excluded. There are more, and CCE will be complying with all of the new laws.
*** ARB Meetings now through June 2025 – From now through June 2025, ARB Meetings will be held as needed – submittals for ARB determination should be made the first week of any month to the ARB Chair for consideration. ARB meeting day, date, time will be posted two days in advance. Any ARB request that requires a SPECIAL ARB meeting will incur a $100 charge per meeting. Requests for the regular monthly meeting do not incur any charges. ***
All Residents are encouraged to attend Board and ARB Meetings. Keep yourself informed on what the Boards are doing!
